RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Wawa.com will issue a full refund, minus the shipping cost, for merchandise returned in new condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the shipment date.
Please Note: Coffee, Gift Cards and Clearance items are not returnable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you have purchased an item prior to 8/19/2015, you must Contact Us or call customer service at 800-444-9292 for assistance.

To return an item, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Repack the gift securely in a shipping envelope or box. Please note that all returns from Wawa.com must include the original packing slip.
  2. Print the pre-addressed return label and affix to the outside of the package. Click here to obtain a shipping label.
  3. Ship your return back to Wawa. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Wawa.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Once your merchandise is received and processed, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your return and have your credit card account credited.

Even Exchange

Follow steps 1, 2 & 3 for the returns process above and on your packing slip, please identify the item you would like as an even exchange. The item or items you are exchanging must be of equal value. Return shipping is your responsibility and Wawa will cover the shipping cost on the exchanged product.

Shipping

The shipping and handling charge for merchandise and gift card orders is based on the shipping address and size of your order.  Shipping charges apply to Continental US orders only.  At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPR addresses or US territories.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order and 5-7 days additional shipping time for ground shipments.

Backorders

If one or more of the items you ordered are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
